Have you ever joined a Weight Loss Challenge?

Each new year I start a Weight Loss Challenge for my clients. It's a great way for them to get together to help support each other and to have a little fun. It's $35 and the perons who losses the most weight will win 50% of the cash pot. The second person will win 35% of the pot and the third person will when 15% of the pot! My clients love it. Would you ever join a Weight Loss Challenge?

I've done it twice and the reason why it was successful was that I like a challenge and made sure that I lost a couple of pounds each week. When I was in a large class the 'hostess' was very efficient and tough with us, so there was no way I was going to risk a telling off. I finished the course and met my target weight. The second class was small, the teacher was rather gentle and the challenge was reduced! I was regularly the one who lost the most weight but this was because the other ladies liked to drink and I am t-total. Once I lost enough weight to feel happy about myself I gave up. It was quite expensive for me at that time anyway. Now I am overweight again and there is no Weight Loss class around. My daughter and I are trying to challenge one another instead, but so far we are not being very successful. Perhaps after Christmas it will be easier...

It works best when you can push each other and make it fun. My clients love teasing each other and coming up with new fun ways to make working out fun. Along with the Herbalife nutrtion, I have a 95% success rate for my clients during these challenges

THe only weight loss challenge I have done is just for me and find that I can keep to my goals and get the weight off, by weighing myself everyday and watching what I eat, wiifit plus is a very good form of excercise to loose the weight and you can do it when it fits in with you. I normally do mine early in the morning before the children get up and have a chill on it before I go to bed

that's what i have started to do, a morning workout. However I love these weight loss challenges because people love that support and they love the challenge of who is going to loss the most by the end of it.
