Indoor Exercise

Whenever I wake up, I like to do a few yoga stretches. It helps release trapped energy, allowing the fresh energy to take its place, almost like exfoliation. I start with a few breathing exercises to open my chakras, then stretch my feet, legs and toes. After that I do a hip opener and a spinal twist, followed by arms, hands and fingers. I finish up with a few neck stretches in different directions before my Shivasana. It's a great way to begin the day. Best wishes! :-)

Hi Sgoessi, thanks for joining in this discussion on indoor exercise. Yoga is so gentle, it's hard to believe it's actually an exercise that can help you lose weight and gain peace of mind and energy.

Hello, youless, and thank you for your generous response. I like outdoor exercise, too, weather permitting. My dog and I love to go hiking together, and I also enjoy gardening. Peace! :-)
