What can i do after eating more ?

Last night,i cooked food. I cooked two dishes:pork wiht carrot and chinese cabbage.I cooked mung bean congee. I ate a steamed bread and some pancak with dishes,and i ate two bowls of congee. After that ,i felt uncomfortable. This morning ,i had no breakfast.I ate some food in the noon.I regreted i ate. What can i do ?

Eating things you love is good.While everything should be eaten in moderation. So i suggest you to take a short walk outside home and go for it with people.Exercise can settle all the problems and just don't take too much risky things. Good for you and i also like to eat congee.It's great to have by your own.

Haha Just don't eat too much! You have to train your stomach and discipline your mouth, and you have to know your capacity when it comes to food. It's not a good habit to eat too much because aside from it's being shameful, especially when you are in a party, it's not also good for your stomach, digestion in particular. Relax!

You should never sleep after eating more because the food u have eaten will not get digested properly and then later in the morning, you will vomit or have loose motion. and over eating is not at all good for health but it will detoriate your health. one must work or do a light exercise in order to get the food digested.
