To my dear workmates in the office,
The past year you guys had drained my energy and put me through a lot of stress, why the heck I am going to spend the could be last day of my life with you. Hey the world will not end but if it will, there is no way want to see your annoying smug faces before an asteroid hits the city where I live or before some hoard of zombies eat the heck out of me. 
You guys wont know why I will be absent today but sorry I dont want to see your faces and hear your voices. Thanks for giving me a miserable year, Have fun being miserable office robots while I am going to spend 5000 thousand bucks on a spa and enjoy rides in an amusement Park.

you are using your authority and power WRONGLY!!!
why be miserable because of your subordinates? if i was in your position, i would make sure that those that don't follow my every whim will experience hell and purgatory every single second that they are in the office!!!
that's just me though.
anyway, i realize that this discussion is three months old, hope everything has panned out right for you. it seems that it has because like what you wrote you were recently promoted. now, it is payback time for all those who made you miserable the past few months... go get them capt!!!

hi there capt.
i'm as intimidating as they come and i've always mentioned one of my favorite adage to subordinates with potential attitude problems... 'never mistake kindness for weakness!', that is a sure way to get their attention. of course, if the problem still persists, i go on a problem-solving mode and manage out these problem employees.
oh you are so kind wishing your former employees good luck. i go the opposite route and tell previous employees that it is their loss and their fault that they are being let go. truth be told, i rub it in!!!

I think that what you did was right. If you no longer feel happy doing your job in that office then you should just leave and look for a much better place to work at.

The stress of that place is just extreme but the money makes me stay. I think I will save for 4 years, then I will try to build a house and make it an apartment. You know apartment landlords are making money while being lazy.

Hi Albert, I have been to a situation where I do want to work with my boss and office mates anymore. I am no longer happy that is why I left the company. It is very difficult to work in a call center specially if you do not like your work at all. Enjoy your day and God bless you.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and it really feels bad to hear that u guys have been tortured and treated such bad way in the office. I think nowadays higher officials are not caring about their employees and all they want is getting the work out from them.
I can see the frustration from your discussion and i am sure u must be desperately waiting for some break from your work and hope u can enjoy your day tomorrow.
