What trigger you to decide to have a permanent tatoo?

It depends on that person if he /she feels tattoo art is beautiful and make permanent tattoo at his/her skin. For me, I would not make my skin dirty with permanent tattoos.

Some people love to have permanent tattoo, claiming it is an art. Other used for cosmetic for their eyebrows. For me, I won't do it.
