I am worried because for a while my eyes have been looking a bit bloodshot. My eyes feel dryer than normal and not so comfortable. In November I had an eye test at my local optician. I asked her why my eyes were so red. She sold me some eye drops. She said that I would need many appointments if I wished to change to different contact lenses. I have contact lenses that last one day. I take my contact lenses out before I go to sleep then in the morning I put in my one day contact lenses.
I looked on-line and found a cheaper type of contact lenses. I am trying them out. My right eye has felt dry and irritated for most of today. I don't like wearing my glasses all that much. I am thinking of visiting a doctor to ask for prescription for eye drops that can get my poorly eyes better. I know he or she would say I have to wear my glasses.
What do you think?

I think that you should rest your eyes for a while. I mean, as much as you would hate wearing glasses, maybe it is best to wear them for sometime to let your eyes be free from the contact lenses.

You only get one pair of eyes, so it is important to look after them and get them checked out, and if you are concerned in anyway, to get them checked as soon as possible my friend. I am the other way round I can't wear contact lenses and only wear glasses. I am due for another check up, I have to wear glasses for using the computer and for driving at night. I would definitely get the eye drops my friend.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and i think u should not waste time in consulting a doctor especially an eye specialist again. Besides please do go out for a good quality eye contact lenses and u should never risk your eyes for a cheap contact lenses. Hope the illness related to your eyes return to normalcy. Take care of your eyes.
What say?
