New Year's Eve trip

This time, two of my friends and I are planning am out-of-town trip for the New Year's Eve. You see, the difficulty we're having is that, recently, I have probably lost my beloved (since we're having problems, she won't go anywhere with me), and one of those other friends has broken up with his former girlfriend as well. So, we seem like a couple of sulky individuals. We don't like going to any strange and kink places (strip-clubs or similar joints). However, we definitely need some kind of an ctivity that would cheer us up.
What would you suggest?

Going to tourist spots, sight seeing, eating out... that for me can somehow cheer me up and forget about the break up at least for a little while. The more that you're enjoying, the more you won't think about the break up. Perhaps, a good comedy movie will also add to that.

haven't tried that yet because I'm not very sporty... but that might help you and your friends not to think about your girls for a while.

Travel is good and i become really enjoyable and relax during the time.For me that i probably love to go some natural places to enjoy the nature and also the beach.Well if you really love to go that kind of party,maybe just quiet places for friends to hang out is good.Hopeful this will help.

It is sorry to hear that,I think you all can make a single union and encourge each other.Try to cheer up because just think about that it is impossible to fall in love with one people during your long life.You will surly come out of the past,it is just the matter of time.Best wishes.
