The world may not have ended but it's going crazy. All that is on the news is guns, armed guards in schools and thank God we made it throught the 21st. I can't even imagine what the next horrific event would be. It's Christmastime and we're watching funerals for toddlers and families who will never be the same again! I'm sure this is not what God had in mind when he created the world! Will we ever feel safe and not have to worry about the next lifechanging event?

when everyone has the right to bear as many fire arms and assault weapons as she likes, it is quite an expected scenario, the world will go crazy especially when irresponsible adult is involved. Schools across the nation has became the number one target for many grievance killers, psycho shooters, angry men and mass killers. Unless you want to see another massacre in school, it is still better to have armed security guards and possibly armed teacher and principle in the school than none, at least with these armed guards and teachers around, there is still a chance those students can stay alive barricade themselves inside the classroom while shooters are facing return fire. If not, only miracle can save them .

It's not only the schools but also banks and big places of business. One time we had a postal worker on a killing spree. It doesn't seem our government can figure out the right things to do.

It does kinda make you wonder, well what is next? You shudder inside thinking where is it all going to end? The only light we should be appreciate is that we still have a world to live in and that it wasn't destroyed on 21st. But still we face life and each day with heavy hearts and wonder if there is ever going to be true happiness, and peace? Without hearing about doom and gloom on the news every single day. It is very hard to be positive. I guess we all have our own ways of coping.

Yes, it is so hard to be positive when you don't know what the next big warning is going to be and we know there will be something else eventually. I just hope it's not in my lifetime.

Hi, It is not what God has in mind when he created the world. In fact, it was a paradise where our first parents were at. What happened, I don't really know why it was lost. Is it the will of God? Is it some other design or is it the way it should be? One thing I am certain, this is not going to change in the next few years or so. Still life goes on, there's got to be another morning, more sunrise and more chance to change for the better.

Yes, life must go on good or bad. We just have to leave the rest up to God in his wisdom.

I live just outside of Boston, MA and the same thing happens here....stabbings, senseless killings and I try not to watch the news because it's always so bad.
