the healthiest drink

i always think that water is the healthiest drink in the world, nothing can take place of its position. Doctots say we need to have 8 cups of water everyday, so do you drink your quantity of water today? if you don's , just take up the cup and try it.

You are right my friend, there is nothing that can replace plain water; but this must be pure, free from germs.. I drink plenty of water and urinate frequently too, this flushes out the toxins from body.. Thanks for sharing. CHEERS

Yes, thats true. We need to drink atleast 8 glasses of water everyday. I drink water everyday but it doesn't reach to 8 glasses which is quite unhealthy coz I drink cola, energy drink and hot choco. But I would really try it.

Yeah, it is one of the healthiest drinks in the world, and you can drink it as many as you like, not like teas and coffee that you must limit your intake of it. It is hard for me to do that though, i can just go for 5-6 glasses, i have never been much of a water drinker..

Water is very good for us to drink and I do drink my 8 ounces at least eight times per day. On occasion I also like to drink flavored ice tea and it can't be all bad because it has water as the base and no sugar added except what it in the peach syrup or the blackberry syrup. I think I'll stop for a break and go have a glass of water!

Water and cow milk is the healthiest drink science ever proved. Water contain of human body is 60-70 %. Water is healthiest because it do not produce any toxicity in the body. It is responsible for the elimination of all kind of waste from the body otherwise we get sick. Aging will be faster if anyone do not take sufficient water. This is because accumulation of metabolic product minimized by the water. Blood volume is maintain by the water. Enzyme gets water as a matrix for the different bio metabolic process. Water maintain the temperature and prevent any variation in this. Water remove stress from the mind. As most of the bio molecule is having oxygen and hydrogen so water is a great source of this elements. So every day 4-5 litter of water is most for GOOD HEALTHY LIVING.
