I feel the only way to reduce accidents, I say reduce because i know accidents will never finish what ever law is applied is to make the traffic laws even more stricter. wearing helmets should be made compulsory for every person who is riding a bike so even if he collides his head might stay safe. Every person driving a car should make sure that he wears the seat belt. People should be heavily fined if they break the traffic signals. On obeying these basic rules, i think accidents can be prevented.

As far as I know, many countries had already imposed such laws to make everyone wear helmet and seat belt. Apparently, even after enforcing such laws, many drivers do not obey such law. This results in greater casualties from road accident. I think the only way to go around this is to have really heavy punishment for those who do not follow traffic laws. Such as cancellation of one's driving license after the second time failing to comply with the same law. Traffic police should also avoid themselves from taking bribes to give proper punishment to these offenders.

It can reduce accidents for sure but it needs more traffic police to catch these abusive drivers. Another one is also higher ticket payments, I'm sure drivers will avoid violating traffic laws to prevent from paying to the government. And maybe seminar or training sometimes can help.
