I think all people, specially women follow this phrase every time they go out for shopping.My mother certainly believes on it. No matter what ever the shop keeper says, even if he swears that he is getting no profit on this item, still my mother looks to bargain and she always thinks that shopkeepers are lying but sometimes i really feel sorry for the shopkeepers. I know how much you bargain,they still get the profit but they really are put under a lot of pressure specially by women. I don't think we men are too much concerned about the price and we buy at almost the price that shopkeepers tells us but it's the women that sales man are really worried of.
