Today, the 23rd day December 2012, is the coldest day in the eastern part in India. Today's temperature is 5 degree centigrade. Its too cold for us as our normal temperature is around 28 degree centigrade. I know that the friends from USA, Australia, USSR, and other countries from northern and southern hemisphere, its (5 degree) is very normal temp. But in our country its too cold to bear with.
