Why is it showing three entries of my responded substance?

I recently responded to a discussion requesting some other hints to get rid of my issue. I mentioned required substance in that matter of response as usual. In between while entering words, a message came with a warning 'some error found to add your comment...please try again..." I stopped to enter and tried for next time. But error still appeared there. This time also i tried and submitted. OK! Now it is coming but, unfortunately it is showing three entries with the same content. Now i want to keep only one content, and also to delete remaining things which are repeated! Please let me know the solution to this as early as possible!

Connection errors at your end and server errors on myLot often cause our posts to appear more than once. That is why on each one of them there is the (!) button. We are supposed to use it to inform admin and request for the duplicate posts to be removed. You can do that on the duplicate posts that you are seeing.
