Done with wrapping gifts in due time.

I was done with wrapping gifts that I will give to my family this Christmas eve. Actually I did have a hard time to hide and wrap it without getting busted by one of them. Finally I was done and just have to cook spaghetti for our Noche Buena, my mom did the other stuffs.
As usual, I did wrapped Barbie doll for my niece which she really like, toy car for my nephew by I added motorcycle. I did bought wristwatch for my three younger brothers but of course I did bought one for myself. I also wrapped pouches for my two sisters and even bought spare one for my mom. I also have shirt for my brother in-law. For my parents, I prefer to give them cash this time so they could buy things that they wanted.
All in all, I was done and hope that they will like my gifts for them.

You were very busy with all your gift wrapping and spaghetti making. I have all my gifts wrapped as well, but then I went to the store yesterday and found something I want to add to my Mom's presents and it's on her list and she does need it, so I will be running out today to grab what I want to get her.
I made all the goodies on Saturday. We are not having a big meal, just a light meal and then some snacky foods (a lot of cereal like chex mix, etc) It will be so much fun. I am thankful I won't be cooking a big dinner.

Well I do love cooking everytime I have chance just like this holidays since no work for few days. But as usual back to work tomorrow.
I already gave my gifts to them this morning and I was glad that they appreciated and like it.

I like your last line, happy birthday Baby Jesus. 
I love wrapping presents. It's so much fun to me. I think it's fun to buy people presents too, but I love picking out wrapping paper and then making everyone's presents look nice. I didn't have to buy any new wrapping paper this year because I still had some from last year.

Enjoy wrapping gifts especially if it is for our love one. Nice to know that you still have some wrappers left last year and you managed to still keep it. For this, you dont need to buy new one this year instead used whats left last year. You are quite wise and resourceful. Keep it up.

I finished my wrapping yesterday and boy was I glad to be done with it. I had gotten 2 gifts each for people and had bough ten for 8 people so yes that was alot of wrapping for me. Hope you enjoy your christmas eve with your family.

I do have a big family so I did lots of wrapping as well. Many items to wrap, tiring yet fulfilling and enjoy to do sincr its for our love ones. I was worried at first with the wrapper I bought looks not enough but good thing that I managed to find way to wrapped it all and dont need to buy some wrappers.

Lucky are the people who you will give a present ardoy. 
It feels blessed to give gifts especially for our loved ones.
I was busy these past few days trying my luck in selling this season fruits and vegetables here in my front place. We are on tight budget and am sorry I can't give gifts this christmas. :( During season, there are lots of people here in the market and many are selling outside. My place is just beside the public market and there are many sellers in here too. I decided that, instead of other people who will sell here in my front, I will do it.

Interesting to read you give the presents at christmas eve so Dec. 24? At christmas eve (which is here Dec. 24) nothing happens over here, people (those who believe) go to the church at midnight.
If it comes to wrapping and hiding presents we have the same problem over here (Dec. 5th = St Nicolaas or also called: Sinterklaas). The older the kids get the more difficult it is to hide them. A friend decided to put them in the garbish bag (it's grey) under the stairs so kind of into the sight of everybody. Wish you some great days but above all I hope the christmas spirit will be there every day. BTW jesus is not a baby anymore.

Yeah its really hard to hide them to kids in the house. I did wrapped some gifts during dawn wherein kids were still sleeping. Since no classes due to holidays, they dont need to wake up early so I grabbed the chance. I planned to just gift wrap it at the mall where I buy some of my gifts but the line is quite long and people there do have many items for wrapping so it was really time consuming to fall in long line and wait.

Yeah it is really better to give than to received especially when the person appreciate and like the gift. I also received some gifts from friends, love ones and colleagues which I really appreciated. Thanks to them and Merry Christmas.

You're such a sweet person ardoy! Well, my daughter did the wrapping on the 22nd because our relative came here for the party yesterday. So they already had their gifts and bring those gifts home today.
I did the last minute shopping and now everything was almost back to normal. We will just be having a simple family celebration on Christmas eve. We are only four in the family so I don't need to prepare that much.

Oh nice to see relatives coming to house which really brings happiness and joy. Being with our family during this celebration is really important and more special. We are quite big in the family. I do have five siblings with one niece and one nephew that added in our big family. So its quite tiring in looking for gifts to give and wrapping as well yet fulfilling especially if they will liked what we give.
