Evaporated milk for buttercream

Hi! Can you use evaporated or condensed milk for buttercream and still have it come out with the same consistency? If so, is there a good recipe to follow? If you know of one, send me a link! Thanks!

I am not sure,that condensed or evaporated milk will work as a subsitute for buttercream,perhaps you can try out coconut cream.It might work and be healthier too!

I would assume so either canned milk or even cream as well. I never buy buttermilk as it's so expensive. It doesn't give it the same flavour, but to me it's not a big change in flavour. You just need something that is just as thick, which I would do with cream, then canned milk which is a little lighter.
