I believe most of you will be thrilled with Facebook's latest iOS app - Facebook Poke, which could be really cool. This app basically allows you to send a time-line fleeting messages (limit to 120 characters), pokes (literally), photos and 10 seconds videos to Facebook friends. It is time-line because the messages expire after a set period of time from 1 to 10 seconds; and cannot be retrieved by either party again. This makes the app perfect for sending your salacious images without leaving a trail and most of all, allows you to allow how long you want your recipients to see your messages or images. If you are imaginative enough, you can be creating another Mission Impossible episode on your own. Still, I would advise you not to go overboard with your messages because like all apps they have a downside where your messages or photos could be "permanent" when your recipients decides to be your "fan" by taking a screenshot of whatever you've sent. So, don't send anything where you might end up scrambling and regretting. The Facebook team understands and knows how their users will be using this app and has added a notification feature in the app. Though they have set up of a help center that provides instructions for what to do when someone takes a screenshot against your will. Let me, say that they are simply instructions and you will still need to do something physically yourself. I do like what the app does and how fun it is but it will be enjoyable as long as we know our own limits. So don't do anything you might regret with this app.

I noticed there are changes on fb but since I don't understand them I won't be using them. I also heard they will be charging a fee for something but I don't know what!

Presently, Facebook is entirely free of charge including this app. However, this app is available for Apple iOS gadgets like iPhones and iPads. Android users will have to wait. So far, the fee is just a rumor and no concern if you are still interested.
