Hello chiyosan, though i think i didn't have that much vow this day but i seemed to have lessen my consumption of food this holiday. i think diet is necessary because it seems to be that it's kinda hard to have a belly when ever you had such a nice full meal and more.

Hello. I discovered a new way of losing weight called hcg drops. Hcg droops are liquids that you will mix with your drinks that can create chemical reactions that can fasten the losing of weight. An affordable website that offers this is http://www.healthierpost.com/hcg-drops-for-weight-loss/ this is not a referral link.

I usually don't diet during the holidays, its a time for food and family and if you diet then you will miss out on some once a year treats. Its fine to pace yourself and not eat everything you see but its also a time to spend with family and friends and have some good food to keep you full. The holidays don't last forever so enjoy the food you only get to have once a year.

Holiday season is over and eating season will also be temporarily suspended. During those days, as much as I wanted to diet, the foods being prepared are just very good and is tempting. The result, I became big and the next plan must now be executed, operation diet. This is what I've been planning for from the start, no diets on the holiday season. It will just resume once I get back for work.

After entering winter, the diet in my home become better and better. Many Chinese think winter is the very season for peping up. So we take in more fruits, more vegetables and more other kinds of food. Now I have got more than 5 kilo in weight. To control my weight, I try to take fish instead of meat during the following time.

I think this is a good idea as you need to be enjoying the holidays and that means in all different ways desserts as well. Pick up with the diet later. The holidays are all about enjoying eachother stop stressing

I am on a diet for months but occasionally I do eat food I like. My diet is mostly just eating less than usual. I don't get to choose the food so I can only control the amount I eat. Often, when there are lots of food around I lose my appetite. Like today. I just don't feel like eating. But I enjoy desserts! Those food that we don't eat often, I will eat to my heart's content!
