Selling on ebay is worthful or not

Hi friends...I want your valuable opinions about selling on ebay. I want to become seller of electronics on ebay. I just want to know that is it worth today to enter on ebay to sell as there are numerous e-stores on ebay. Hoping to get some good ideas from you guys

Long time ago I tried to sell on Ebay but later I found that I had to pay for some costs to it even if there was no deal at all. I was so disappointed to it because it seemed it didn't tell me that they would charge me fees even if there was no business. It is unfair. So after that, I quit selling on Ebay. Especially Ebay is not a popular selling website here.
