Error message appearing when i tried to open my account....What is the reason ?

I have an account with cashnhits, a ptc website recently. i registered few days back. One or two times i opened it and completed ptc work on that. Yesterday i tried to open it as usually. But it is showing a error message like "Another user has already logged in with this IP the last 24 hours, please try again later". And also it is showing me... "Please wait while your Log in is being unauthenticated (do not skip this test, or you might be auto-suspended)....I did't getting why this all things happening being with some accounts like ptc sites always!

That being happen if you used static IP address. You need to clear your cookies or login next time to try again if you really not access your account if that happen again I think the best remedy is to write a support ticket to the admin.

What you said is very fine. I realized that sometimes it may happen. But every time i don't want to it more on my desktop. Is it possible to change my static Internet Protocol address any how? How to clear cookies in my system?.. Are there any best tools for it? Let me know it first... And, how to report my issues to admin wing?

I belong to CNH but I'm not having a problem. Did you go to the forum and see if someone else has a problem like yours? Or maybe there's a bug in it. Maybe you could post about it. Saket and Julia are very good about fixing things quickly. Let them know you're having a problem. They'll take care of it.
