I've always heard my mom's songs. It's very familliar to me like carpenters, Kylie minogue, Lionel Richie and many more. I was influence spot from her. My teacher told us too that the people loves classic songs are romantic, I wonder how true is it? Do you also like classic songs? What are your old time fave songs? Mine is especially for you - Kylie minogue and crazy for you - Madonna.

I enjoy some of the Good classics that are still being played all of the time still yet today, and feel there is nothing better than to just sit and listen to some of these. I still enjoy songs like from Journey as in "Open Arms" and have always considered myself more of a Romantic, which I feel there is nothing wrong with being one.

I do like The carpenters and have an album of theirs entitled Carpenters Gold. I was teenager during the 1960s, so I still have many recordings from that era which I listen to occasionally. I also have quite a few of the romantic ballads from the 1950s even though this was too early for me to remember.

I love music and i prefer to listen music especially wenever i am doing some job with concentration. I prefer old songs and old singers i.e. KishorKumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Mohamed Rafi.Sometimes as a change i do prefer michel jackson and madonna too.And pure classcal e.g thumri, raga's etc, but i am not mad for it. I prefer light music.

I am more into an indie/alternative sort of vibe but I would be lying if I said that when classic songs are heard out and about, I don't carry a soft spot for them in my heart. Who doesn't get in a good mood when they hear 'Love Shack' or 'Run Around Sue'. Also, my father was an Elvis impersonator so I have a soft spot for Elvis songs like Achy Breaky Heart that I probably wouldn't admit too easily.
