I just happened to "see" an old rerun of Roseanne today when I had the TV on while I was doing something else. In that episode they showed Sara Gilbert(Leslie on TBBT) as her Roseanne character Darlene living in Chicago with her boyfriend who was played by Johnny Galecki(Leonard on TBBT). I hadn't made the connection until then. So Johnny and Sara had played characters who where a couple before they did so a couple of times on TBBT.

Yeah, they made a big deal of that when Sara Gilbert first guest starred on Big Bang. I quit watching Roseanne when it started to get dirty, but I still remember them as a couple. They brought in Laurie Metcalf who was Jackie/Sheldon's mom, so who knows, maybe John Goodman is next. I really don't want to see Roseanne herself on the show.
