free medical help for children

my daughter is 16 she was shot in the eye with a b.b.gun it has been awful. she has went through 2 surgerys she has been brave but it has been financilly exhausting we do not have money for the bills or christmas and now she needs special glasses that her medicaid will not pay for i need help paying for her glasses.
