Are you good at negotiating so as to get the best deal?My friends all said that I am really a good bargain shopper, lol. I think the biggest reason is that I am familiar with the wholesale prices of most of the items because of my job.My daily work helps foreign buyer sorce all kinds of product from the factories or wholesale market in China,so that I know the bottom price quite a lot. When I bargain the prices when shopping,it really helps me.But surely I cannot bargain everything successfully, lol. How about you?Do you have any useful ways of bargaining?

Bargaining can be effective if you have a good convincing skills to negotiate prices prior to purchase. However, it depends actually on the items being purchase if the market value is good for negotiation or not. There are those vendors who are maintaining the market price and will nor entertain bargaining of prices to buyers because of the quality of such particular items. Nevertheless, they can reduce the profit rate but limited only to small percentage provided, if the volume of purchase is high and definitely hit the quota. On the other hand, to attain successful bargaining strategy it requires not only useful ways but one have an efficient and effective ability to manipulate negotiation in a proficient way. Such ability constitutes elegant convincing power and mind-catching techniques to persuade vendors.

You do have the unique insights into bargaining.I'd like to share two other views with you.I met a lady who wanted to cut down the price of the shoes. But finally a fight occurred.I am really disagree with her,coz negotiation is not the confrontation. She became impolite when the seller refused her bargain. That is the first point, the second is when we bargain,I think the seller's body language is a key point that we need to pay attention to,right?Especially when it is time to close, they would be more flexible and then the deal would more likey to be done. All this signals we can observe from their body language when they say or do.I think that old lady neglected the impatience of the seller, and still kept bargaining with him, which would made him more unwilling to have a deal with her. Just my two cents, have a nice day.

Shopping - Best deals on shopping
That great for you to be able to bargain in shopping! I am not good at all and I don't know if I'm a good shopper either but I do compare prices tho from one mall to another which is a good idea too??

Shop around and compare the price with one from another. Then when we get a target price,we can begin bargaining.

In my philosophy, I shall expense minimum and earn or save maximum. Bargain is very important to me if I want to purchase something with the lowest or the lower price. First of all, i must survey around to find our the latest market price before I start my bargaining. This is easier for me to persuade the buyers for the discount.

It really is.Learning to compare the price and quality first and then we can get a target price to proceed with a negotiation.

Envy you!:) for me, it's very difficult to open my mouth to bargain with the shopper. so i always go to the shopping mall to buy what i need where the price is fixed.

I'd like to share with you another tips. When you buy something you like very much,do not express your interest on it.Just keep cool,or they may think you love it and could even accept it at a high price. Just have a try,and when you achieve it,you would find it not so difficult actually.

My wife tells me that I am a good bargainer. I normally stick around less than half the quoted price so as to end up buying at slightly more that half the quoted price. Again I think when you are staisfied with the value for money then you have your deal.

Us Brits are not good at bargaining, we tend to accept the price and pay for it, we don't haggle or negotiate, it's only when you go to other countries you learn that bartering is commonplace. The nearest we get is when you ask for a reduction if you pay by cash instead of card or cheque.

I think I am quite good in bargaining. But there are exceptions because stores in the malls for example have fixed prices so you can't do any haggling there. I haggle in the market and elsewhere but never in malls because of their fixed prices. You just have to go to the right place where you can stretch your money to the fullest.

I should admit that the exclusive shops cannot bargain actually, but some shops in the shopping mall may can still bargain. But to be honest,I have met one dress who is sold in both the speciality store and the common shop, same design, same quality, but the price makes great difference.I think it is because the rent of the speciality stores is higher,so they have to sell at more expensive price.

to be honest I so dislike haggling prices for anything..I know a lady that went on vacation and even haggled for bananas...are your kidding me??/ The only time I have ever haggled for anything was when I was in Casablanca, Morrocco,...I just don't like when I say how much and they say "How much will you give me for it" for some reason it just ticks me off.. Just tell me how much it cost and I will decide if I want it or not,,Then when you turn to walk away they want to suddenly reduce the price...Please...I just don't like it....

To tell you the truth,I don't like the one gives me a extremely high price when I ask how much it is,and when I turn around, they begin to keep reducing the price. It is so boring because if they give a reasonable price,I may not bargain it any more or I would try my best to accept it even if it is a bit expensive.

Many years ago I was so shy to bargain with the price, but if i bought something with a high price, i would feel pity and regret. So, I decided to bargain with the vendor with my silver tongue. It really works, i save a lot of money.

I always think that when we try to bargain, the result is to achieve a deal or not,it is very simple,if he/she is unwilling to accept it,we just leave. But if they can,we can buy a good thing with the best price,so why not.
