I live my panini maker. I made a ham and cheese panini. It has a 10 WW points plus value. The carrots are free. I am eating half the panini now and will eat the other half later. My daughter and son in law hot me the panini press for Christmas. They chose well because I love it! I'm breathing better today but still got tremors really bad from the treatment. Are you using something you got for Christmas? Please share.

My daughter in law got one of those for Christmas. It looked pretty cool! I got a SodaStream, which is a carbonated water maker where you add syrups to make soda. It's pretty cool. I used it on Christmas day! I am also using a wind up alarm clock that I'd been wanting for a long time.

Yes, you can make diet soda. You have to buy the syrup or learn to make your own. If you make your own you can use any sweetener you want. I will warn her about how hot it gets. You sound like me ("I have an oven glove but I don't use it.")

Oh wow! I was wondering how those soda machines are. Can you make diet soda? Yeah, the panini is cool! Be careful though, it gets hit and will burn you if you touch the metal while its hot. I learned how to avoid getting burned. I have a oven glove but I don't use it.

Yep. I got burned that once, but I learned I can operate it without getting burned again.

I will be using something I got for Christmas as soon as I get it hooked up. I have needed a new phone (landline, not cell) for a while and my dad got me one for Christmas. It will be so nice because the one I have has been driving me nuts!

I don't have a cell. But my dad is like you, he uses his cell for everything.

That us awesome that your dad got you the phone. We don't keep our landline hooked up. We have the line just for Internet. We aren't charged for the phone as long as we don't make calls on it. We can call 911, but we don't even keep it hooked up. We use our cells.

I admit to having some of the cookies I got, and I did put together the puzzle, but I haven't hung up the calendar yet.

That's me with the chocolate CIO and peanut butter cookies i made and the Krispy creme donuts. Ugh! They did me in. I used to love putting puzzles together. My dad would glue them to a cardboard and frame them as pictures when I did one. I never wanted to take them apart when I was a kid.

I don't understand why people want to glue their puzzles. They make lousy pictures with all the cuts, and you can't do them again.

We don't celebrate Christams. I am thinking about investing in a panini press. I have visions of cheese and spinach paninis, vegetarian "pizza" paninis, apple/tofurkey/cheese paninis... There are so many yummy and healthy combinations that I could come up with, and I'm certain that my boyfriend would enjoy them as well.

They sound great! I guess I could put spinach leaves in it and top with cheese. I can't wait to get some pizza sauce and cheese and make some pizzas. I made a ham and cheese panini today and it was so good. I painted both panini slices with mustard and then built the panini and pressed it again so it stayed flat. An open faced one like a pizza is done by hovering time top over it so it just heats and doesn't press. I'd oress the bred to begin with to get it crisp. Oh my mouth is do ready for one! Gotta wait till tomorrow.

Great! Do you drink your water hit from the tea pot? I keep my little coffee maker on for hit chocolate sometimes. My daughter lives making hit chocolate. I like making instant oatmeal with it too.

my friend sent me a box for christmas, she didn't tell me and as a result there was no answer at the door when the mailwoman came. Now I have to wait until someone will go the post office for me.

My mom got me a set of 10 glass nesting mixing bowls for Christmas. I have not used them yet today since I just got home from work, but I used 2 of them yesterday. One for beating eggs and the other for mixing up a peanut butter filling for a treat I was making for my sister. I think I would like a panini maker. If I had more cabinet/counter space I would think about getting one, but I barely have enough room for the things I do have.

That's wonderful you got those bowls. I never have enough. I keep my panini maker on a shelf in the kitchen where it is handy. Then I put it on the counter where the toaster and coffee maker are. I use it, let it cool down and wipe it down and out it up. I don't like clutters counters.

Yes, I am. My husband, although he had earlier told me that he could not afford to get me anything, apparently changed his mind in order to attempt to make up for his latest blunder. He got me a new Samsung Galaxy S III phone. I had expressed an interest in it only because I liked that it came in white (I'm tired of the gray/silver or black phones). Since he has absolutely no imagination, he bought me the phone, using the "new in two" discount from Verizon. It's slow going but I'm getting the hang of it. I LOVE the fact that I can get online with it. I've never had a phone I could do that with. So, now, when my netbook gives me trouble (apparently it doesn't like the newer updates from Internet Explorer), I have my phone to get online with. I'm glad to hear that you are breathing better. Have you told your doctor about the bad side-effects of your treatments? My son used a nebulizer for at least a decade and used different medications during that time, none of which ever made him jumpy or give him tremors. That seems a bit extreme. Is it normal for your breathing problems?

I'm on the Net with my phone now. I almost always use my iPhone. I still have my old iPhone 3 G. I upgraded the operating system by downloading a new one. I may get an iPhone 4 s at the next contract update. I'm so happy with it. The newer iPhones are slimmer. The 4 s will talk to you. No, I didn't think to tell him about the side effects. They are most prevalent when I drink coffee or tea. I will need to get decaf in order to take the breathing treatments. My daughter had to help me to bed. I couldn't talk. It was garbled like i had a stroke. The shaking us terrible.

I asked my sister to look at work for this machine for me. I would give her the money, as she works at Canadian Tire. I would love it, and love making sandwhichs and wraps. I haven't used my food processor yet, but will soon. I never knew how much I used it until I didn't have it anymore.

I need to get another food processor. I had to throw the one I had away when it got cross threaded and I couldn't take the top off. I have a tiny one for onions and other small jobs. I like to make apple, carrot and raisin salad. I put pineapple in it too sometimes with mayo.
