the stuff i see when i go outside alot of people always wearing crazy stuff it could be super cold outside people come outside it shorts like it summer time like what is wrong with you i be wondering if they sick in the head on somethin or if they in there right mind i would never come outside in shorts on short sleevs its be so funny i look at them like they are crazy lol.

Everyone's bodies maintain different constant temperatures causing them to be more comfortable in different climates. It could also be that all they have is out of season clothing after moving or they can't afford new clothes. Whenever I'm inappropriately dressed for the weather, it's because I didn't check any weather forecasts and thought that it was going to be warmer colder and it turned out to be. As for some other people, I just don't understand what they were thinking when getting dressed...they could be just plain crazy.
