Governments do pass and implements various laws, may be that could be for betterment of society. But still the crime goes and criminals go unpunished. Are those law and rules at times far away from practicality? At times I feel that such laws and rules should be implemented after proper study by experts.

Hi sham, The laws and rules is not so strict and it is really lenient. The criminal find out the holes in the law and escape from their punishment using it. All the government officers must be strict and follow the rules to avoid crimes, but it is really hard to be practical. Since bribe is playing a great role in our society

Hello Sham,
I think making Laws and implementation is easy but enforcement is difficult part. In my personal opinion, most of the Laws by Indian government are appreciable. But lack of enforcement makes the same like as the Law is not existed. However, I wish to add, each and every individual is responsible to obey the Laws. Sadly we are happy on violating it every time. That may be the curse in our society.

Laws and rules are usaully created because there is a need for them at the time. But like everything in life, things change. I do think laws and rules should change and reflect the times we are living in.
