Good leader should facilitate cooperation between leaders and subordinates. Leaders must be able to listen to input from his subordinates. It is intended that the leader and the subordinates have no understanding and no unilateral decisions taken. Leaders must also acknowledge the contribution given by the members, so that members feel that they are valued and desired. If we find a company that has a loyal employee, it can be concluded that the leadership of the company has a positive effect on the working atmosphere in the company.

great input from you, im glad to hear all of that and agree with comment. Badly it's imposibble to know which is the loyal and have great skill because it's depends on the direct leader or boss that person promoted by and then his position will be not good enough..hahaha... no other eyes will looked at this, at this generation with high and many people smarter, just make the loyal and clever person used to do his responbility. i have ever got exellent team worked which is for every checklist and report he mention all personal whose in charge, so from that even the highest level will know every person and what their skilled from the report.

A good leader knows how to respect his/her team. He/she knows how to give importance to the member of the group... How can he/she be called a leader if he/she don't have members to his/her team at all? In that case, then you don't have a good leader at all... you do your best and yet your leader will have the credits only that should be meant for the group...

i agree, sometimes we worked with people that only take team skilled for he/she profit only, sometimes we know that from other people that have the same level and closer with us and gave us that secret. But can't do nothing for that, we just can hear that news only. should we hidden our skilled?

Some time ago, I read a book about how to be a leader and it was very interesting. We all can learn to be a leader. Its author, Robin Sharma, explains it well in his book called The leader who had no title. So, I really recommend it to everyone interested in leadership or who just want to know a bit more about it.
