Hit the virus with heat!

It seems like it's been a plague of the world since many centuries. However, it is, in fact, not as bad as it seems. Also, there ways to contain it. Yes, we are taught that herpes dwells in the nervous system, and it's impossible to get rid of it. Well, in Canada, soon it will be every 3rd person with an oncology-related terminal disease. Herpes, as bad as it may appear in the form of cold sores, prevents you from getting cancer of any kind. It is known to destroy any possible appearance of oncology-related particles. Like I said, it is not as bad as some people may think. So, what else? We don't want to have cold sores. Of course... Who does? The only way, as my doctor has recommended, to keep it "inside" and away from appearing on your skin, is to treat it like a virus because it has viral nature. So, you'd have to apply heat to it. Heat would make it "burn," and, as a result "scare" it deep inside your nervous system, which will prevent it form appearing often. Mind you, if you are not used to any procedure where great heat is applied, it may be difficult at first because cold sores may appear from temperature fluctuations. Afterwards, though, your body will get used to those fluctuations and the virus will be "scared" into the depth of your nervous system. How do you get that heat? It's very simple - sauna procedures are amazingly healthy, and they produce a lot of heat necessary to coping with this issue. Sauna, in which moisture is applied, creates higher temperature, and, hence, is capable of heating you rather faster than the dry sauna. You don't need much time in "wet sauna," since all you need is sweat completely and hold yourself for a little bit in that condition. Generally, up to 2 minutes in wet sauna is good enough. A lot of salt will come out, and, generally, you don't want too much of it coming out because it contains vital metals. Thus, only ONCE a week is enough for a healthier lifestyle, as well as for keeping that herpes of yours inside.
