i asked her to look for an electrician

We don't know anyone near our place to do some electrical work. So i asked someone about an electrician and she said she knows someone. So anyways we would soon have our electricity checked.; but I asked her if she knows a plumber but she said that guy is not actually a certified electrician but knows how to repair some simple electrical problems we have and can also do the sink. So it's much cheaper that way. Any repairs at home he can do.

In the Philippines we know that there are too many people who claimed to be electricians and yes they know how to fix it but in reality it is just by experience not by certification to be licensed electrician,. Here in US we have an apprentice program that makes an electrician certified.

It generally happen in many place,Even I have seen many people know all the works fairly.They do electric work,plumbing work etc ,Because they learn this from other people just by helping them.But in some cases they are better than the certified people as they know only theoritical knowledge.But these people know from the experience and can perform better than others.
