What have they turned into?

Perhaps, this is the destiny of any old and legendary band (except, maybe, Rolling Stones - those old hags are still able to float with the same squad of musicians) - you run out of ideas, certain individuals in your band get tired and want to go. they flee, you pick other musicians to save "the boat." At the end, it drowns anyways... Figuratively speaking, of course. What I have observed with Deep Purple, is that they cannot to get the legendary musical gang back together. Their band won't appear in the same team, as they used to before. Richard Blackmore seems too happy with his wife's band where they play classical songs. However, without him, there is NO Deep Purple. I am not sure if John Lord is ever appearing in this band's concert nowadays. However, Deep Purple for me, first of all, is a combination of two marvelous competing instruments - electric guitar and organ. I would always remember it. It is the highest level, at which Deep Purple have played. With Richie and Johnny. Long live Deep Purple's music. I still hope they can reunite in the most legendary band squad again.

I am a fan of Deep Purple. It's just not the same without Blackmore and Lord in the lineup in the reunions. With the passing away of Lord, Deep Purple will exist only in our memory from now on. I will remember them from their songs.
