Yesterday in the early afternoon, I was eating lunch and all of a sudden bit down on something hard. I lost a crown, a gold crown. I spit it out and called my Dentist office. Of course it being Friday, just before a holiday, New Years, they were packed, in fact she said the Dentist didn't even get his lunch. But she would call me back. About twenty mins. later she called and if I could get to there office in about forty mins, they could work me in. Well they did and about twenty mins. after that I was on my way home. Did I mention that it was snowing the whole time. Well I bowed and thanked my way out of the office offering to write a recomendation on they web page and was one very happy camper. This is a new Dentist, I have never even met him and yet they worked me in, what a nice thing for them to do. You can guess I'll go back to them.

You were so lucky that he was a new dentist because many don't even take new patients. For him to even take you are such short notice was great. I know you will be back because he was so good to you in an emergency. Its great when you like your doctor and that they are so kind to you to take you on short notice and right before a holiday.

nice. it is nice to see that some health practitioners will still go the extra mile for their patients. i think that it is a pretty rare thing these days.

For sure. Recently there was a letter to the editor in our paper about a guy who had a dental emergency. Not one of our dentists in town would take him in so he had to go out of town for emergency services...he was so mad....so you picked a winner!
