How to earn in locationary?

I tried to register in this site last week, but I felt discouraged that my ticket values turned into negative. Then the site send me a personal message to dispute the data that I had encoded. If that's the case, the word gprs of a certain location was edited by some members, how will validate that it is a real gprs value? Anyone who tried this site?

I haven't heard of this site, but in the past I have attempted to register for sites that have kicked back my security code so many times I finally gave up and quit trying. I think that happens sometimes when there may be a glitch in the programming or they could be updating the site and kicking out new info for a time.
