People Pay to Have Guns, so Shouldn't I GET Paid for NOT Having a Gun?

Sounds fair to me; so where do I go to ask them 'How much to get a gun-license? ... Okay, you give me that much right now and I DON'T get a gun-license!' and then they hand me the money and I walk away. Where do I do this?

I suppose I could abstain from a lot of things people pay for if I'm going to get paid as a result. Defo sounds like something the government would spend billions on.

I've heard of government-jobs where a guy comes in, hammers a nail into a wooden plank & gets paid for a full-day's work

This is a good point. I don't smoke, can the government pay for me? If so, I am afraid that the government will go broke. They may just want to give prize to the people who do something wrong. After all, these people are minority.
