My better half regularly says that going to bath everyday in the early hours only. But i usually goes for bath everyday in the evenings at late hours. Generally after getting back to my house from my work place every time i go to my bath nearly about at 7 o'clock like that. Is it correct time to go for bath for me? Or is it best to go for bath early in the morning times?.. Which is better one for every human being in this society?..

We should always bath in the early morning because that is the ideal time for bathing. it will keep our body fresh throughout the day and free from bacterias. but bathing in the evening time is not good at all but also during the summer when it is very hot, bathing twice a day is obviously good for health as the sweat and germs will get washed away by bathing.

Few sentences you have made are very fine! 1. Going to take bath in the early morning every day! 2. Don't go for a shower at late hours like in the evenings! 3. Bathing always keeps our body fresh throughout the whole day! 4. In summer we can take twice bathing, is a very good habit for all!

I always have a shower at night before I go to bed, I think it's convenient, you know, going to bed directly after the shower, and I feel comfortable for that. I think it's just a habit, anyway, our purpose is to make us clean and comfortable. Happy new year!

You said very well! I will accept your thinking as it is very relevant to the subject. As per our convenient, we can take a good and complete shower at any time all over the day!

When you shower or bathe is generally up to you. I prefer my daily bath in the evening as well. After I've done what needs to be done. I'm probably kind of sweaty and stinky after the day and being able to get my shower before bed just makes me feel cleaner.

It's 100% personal preference. I personally like evening showers. If you take a warm shower (NOT HOT) right before bed, it will have the effect of making you more sleepy. The reason is because the core temperature of our body naturally goes down when we sleep. When you get out of a warm shower, your core temperature will naturally dip. This isn't true if you take steaming hot showers. Hot showers will raise your core temperature. What seems to be the most important is being consistent. It helps regulate our body's circadian rhythm for a better night's sleep.

Well, in case you haven't got the 'hint' no doubt you share a bed with your better half. She will like to have you smelling nice when you get in bed with her. It is what is most considerate to HER, that is when you should have a bath. There is no schedule as to what is better for every human being in this society, it is what is considerate for those people who are near and dear to you.

I think that you should start the day feeling fresh and new,. And if you take the shower in the morning, it would sort of liven you up and make your work more efficient. It is also however, good to take a shower before hitting the sack at night. It will help you to relax and have a restful sleep.

I think most of the people will take a bath right before they go to bed,so do I.We do not have any time for taking a bath in the early hours,we come back from work in the evening, prepare dinner, and then clean the dishes, after that it will be so late. And do you think the time is tight if taking a bath in the morning times?
