I didn't get the award of excellence two weeks ago, so I wasn't in a good mood. I have been working hard for one year and I have done more things than the winners. Why couldn't I get the award? I can't find the answers,so I called my leadership to ask the reason. What would she say? Can you guess? Oh,my God,I was hospitalized for nine days,it was a long time and my leadership had to ask another colleague to do my job. Beacuse I was ill, I couldn't be good? But I have worked hard and have done well,I can't persuade myself to agree with her opinions. Was she wrong or was I wrong?

I believe that you did made a good job at your work. But, maybe your office needs to follow certain guidelines and so your absence for those days didn't qualify you. I am so sorry about that. But, there is always a next time. Good luck!

Well, I begin to say I'm sorry for you that you could not take the award. After all, I still need to see that you've worked hard, and this is still a thing to you certainly makes an honor! We need all of us to get used to even the defeats of life. Above all, we must try to take the revenge. In essence, we must always try until we can not fully achieve our goals in life! Strength and courage!

You worked hard and you feel like you were cheated out of an award. This doesn't mean that the other person that won the award didn't work hard as well. If it is upsetting to you and you feel you deserved the award, maybe it's time to move to a new position where your hard work and dedication will be rewarded. Look at it as a blessing instead of something negative that happened to you. I know your emotions are probably raw right now and you are feeling betrayed, but often times the negative things that happen in our lives are really the positive things in disguise. You are not wrong to feel betrayed, but you are wrong if you decide to do nothing about it. While you may wonder "why?" this happened to you, the more important question is "what?" are you going to do about it. Find a place of employment where your work will be rewarded. Simply let your new employer know that you are looking for new opportunities and a chance to prove yourself and a place where you can actually be promoted, new challenges await you! Good luck.

Hi, dear. I can understand you. I met this situation many many times. I believe it's your leader who was wrong , not you. In our country, it's not rare that people who did a good job didn't get fair treat. SOmetiems the relationship is much more important than the ability. Which is hard to believe in other countries. Try to cheer up, dear, we can't change our society, we have to face it, though it's not what we want. IF you did a good job, and you also have to have a good relationship with your leader, then you will get what you deserve. If you don't want to do like that, then just face it, try to adjust yourself, and never mind the award. It sounds strange, but it's true. Don't torture yourself, it's not worth it. Hope you feel better soon, dear.

Awards are just an award , though they are a motivating factor ! There is so much more important things in life than those awards. The important thing is you know you deserve those awards but just weren't given to you . You know yourself well and that is the most important thing there. If that award wasn't given to you , that is so okay , anyway you know the truth like other colleagues of yours know also and so many more chances and awarding to come . Keep working and doing your best , more blessings are along the way.

Don't be upset by this, I think all your efforts will be worthwhile,it is just a matter about time, don't worry about this, many unfair things happen everyday, if you can not change it,just try to accept it and learn continue with your own goal, I think next year you will be rewarded as the best one.

Happy New Year to you, happyday. In our school, when the leaders judge who can be chosen as the best ones to get the top awards are based on many aspects, in which your working performance includes your full attendence at work of the whole year. So I guess that it is the same with your company. Anyway, there is no need to feel unhappy about it. You know you have been working so hard the whole year and I am sure that you are one the best employees in the company. Your being hospitalized for nine days does not mean that you were wrong. Keep on working hard as a good employee, friend. Take care and enjoy your work.
