It's A Cheese Slice With Guacamole! I love the South Beach diet.

I've never liked "diet-diets"; I know that food made from whole ingredients is generally good, and having too much of it is my real problem. Not that that stopped me from developing bad habits through high school to the present. I'm really glad I discovered P90 workouts and the South Beach diet. Even during the first phase (actual diet time) of SB's plan, when you can't even have an apple because it turns into sugar, you can still have meat and most low-fat cheeses, and plenty of veggies. Essentially, I can't have a baked potato, but I can still have the toppings! The first couple days without bread will be rough, but I know from past experience that I'll be feeling lighter *and* stronger by next Tuesday. Between that and endorphins from exercise, I should be able to conquer the January gloom!

I wish you luck on your diet, I am planning on going on a diet and loosing 15 - 30 pounds. But I will not go on thsoe types of diets, and end up sick like many cases. I will limit my food such as junk, and sweets, and exercise more.
