Are there other realms outside of what we see? A spiritual World as well?

I have heard throughout my whole life that there are things outside of planet earth. I have Heard of a royal kingdom,a place pure marvelous, a place where only the true in heart are,this place is Heaven. I have heard that we are more then just flesh and bone, more then just this body that we are living in daily, we are a spirit with a soul that's just having a earthly experience. Many have said that our home isn't really planet earth. I strongly believe that there are things taking place all around us everyday that we sometimes can't see because it's done in the spiritual world. Have you ever had a spiritual experience?
