I usually have lucid dreams effortlessly, it just comes while I am trying to sleep, but as I am starting to fall deep asleep, I wake up in the middle of the dream. And I end up exhausted in the morning.

that is normal bro but if you do the steps and mastered for sure you will not be exhausted but if you wake up you will feel that you have a full energy

First of all, do you call everybody bro? , because I only use bro to my brothers. And I am not a guy. Anyway, I usually realizes that I am just dreaming when I dream about my loved ones and start to control their actions. But even though the dreams seem very real. It felt like I am also working, and when I concentrate on the dream, that's when I feel exhausted, maybe because it's taking my energy.

I would love to be able to fully lucid dream! It only happened to me a few times. Usually when I'm either falling asleep and am not fully asleep yet, when I'm beginning to wake up, or if I've woken up and went back to sleep straight away. I'll realise I'm dreaming and try to control the events in my dream but as it takes some concentration and as you said, practice, I usually wake up from the effort. I've read that you can train yourself to do it and that the first step is to realise that you are dreaming. Apparently people often do this by staring at clocks - ina dream, you would be able to affect the clock's hand movement and it's often a telling sign that you are dreaming. Once you realise you're dreaming, you start taking control of it little by little. For instance, I've read it's better to practice doing simple tasks first - things you would do in your waking life - than instantly attempt to fly. Also, I heard keeping a notebook by your bedside and recording your dreams helps.

I read about it a lot but I've never experienced it. Maybe I'm too lazy... You need to wake up early or listen while sleeping. I just throw myself in the bed and try to turn off.
