I dont know what it is about my husband but he can't seem to use wooden spoons or plastic while cooking. After two years of telling him he is still using metal forks and scratching up my non stick pans. I had to through out 3 pans now.

Non stick pans - Non stick cooking ware
Oh that's not good at all! Glad my hubby never cook for us and its ok and we have most of non stick cooking ware. I used wooden or plastic too but before that I used to used metals when cooking after learning the fact that I might scrapping the bottom of the pan and mixed with food so I stop using metal spoon.

Nonstick cookware is unhealthy to use. Stainless steel or cast iron is far better for you and will not expose you to dangerous toxins.

My sister has done this, and ruined every pot possible. Her boyfriends parents throw their pots out every year whether they need to be or not. So she thinks that rule applies here as well. I try to use plastic or wooden with anything, sometimes I do use a fork but don't touch the pan just the meat.
