How effective is myLot task?

Although i don't pretty much do task over this site but rather going to participations over posted discussions and replied to discussions, I've done some several myLot tasks which are pretty simple to do but as i was observing in terms of earnings, i find it more flexible in generating more by myLot discussions rather than myLot task.
I don't know if it is just me, or am i just involving in micro-tasks which has some low earnings... what's your take on myLot taks? how do you find it?

I do tasks here, Have been paid on all but one. I think they are a good extra part of mylot. I even had one once that paid me 2.00. Wish many would add more there. Have a great day there. See you soon...

Wow, great that you got paid in a good amount over tasks!

I have done tasks in the past that have paid really well. One got me 5.00 but since then the pay has gotten really low. I now create tasks and I think I pay pretty well considering most of the tasks are to help you make more money and most had additional signup bonus as long as you are active.
I think one reason why task pay is so low is because of the number of workers that do not follow directions or do not complete the task even though it sais they have. Other times, I get workers who accept tasks only to send me links to their blogs or web site and that is not what I asked for. Then there are other times when I email the worker to try and help them and they do not respond which means they really are not putting much effort in trying to complete the task correctly and only want free fast money.
I would like more workers who are interested in what they are signing up for and not just trying to get free money. Thats why my tasks usually say you must be active. So if the site involves posting pics, then I expect to see the person posting some pics and then i will pay them.

Thanks for your response, this is so true. sometimes task responders have difficulty on understanding the task instruction resulting that they won't be able to perform it well.

myLot tasks? Hmmm... for me, they pay low but its fine. The reason why they pay low is because all they ask is to sign up to a certain program, which of course, it does not require any skills. I think it is better to be active here than do myLot task.

Somehow make sense, yeah who would've pay a high amount on task that is way simple and need not to have a certain skill to perform.
You are right, although they are paying a little,it's better than having nothing and it is an add up to your earnings over the site.

Hello, you can see tasks on the task page there are lots of tasks to choose from, it may be a simple blog comment task or twitter follower, and other surveys etc.
Although the tasks are good i only participated in small tasks which has small task payment but it's a good way to gain something here.
