Perfumes attract?

My friend’s teenage daughter was with us this noon, here in Hyderabad; she wore some very strong perfume. To me it appeared pungent rather; I use real scent extracted from rose, jasmine and musk; these are very light.
Once applied over hankie or one corner of sari, the sweet smell remains for a week; even after washing with soap.
[b]I asked this girl, ‘why you use so strong?’, she said to attract guys.
I have seen in TV ads; guys get attracted to girls wearing strong perfume.
I smiled, wonder how the TV ads mislead the viewers.
Do you wear perfumes that are alcohols based have chemicals or the natural once free from chemicals?[/b]

I like light perfume and making up,in fact,only two or three women around me wear perfume,but the smell comes from them is so strong.I think maybe they didn't feel it's too much,just like when people stay in a room full of certain smell for a long time,they won't be sensitive with it.

For gay men, there’s best a male-to-women pheromone cologne, I recently bought it as a gift for a my brother and he swears by it. It’s called RX attraction (i believe their website RXattraction.com).

Perfumes are able to atttract but so is your own body smell, musk, scent and a woman having her period (weird enough but it's proved). The thing about perfume is that it can smell great in the bottle but it's different if you use it since it gets mixed with your own body smell. Which is in many cases closer to disgusting (especially if you have a good nose) as attractive. Also using too much is seldom attractive (same with after shaves etc). I think in this case the girl doesn't know how to use it, used way too much, unless she wants to attract a boy not able to smell very well.

hi,
i will agree that perfumes can attract people,because i am like that,when i see handsome guy or even he is not and when i smell his perfume,it will give an attraction to me and more handsome points for me,so after looking for them i should smell them,LOL.
