Not closed on house yet

So in October o n the 3rd was my contract and within 30 days you should be closed well its now January 3 and thats three months. I wonder if other people go through what i go through just to close on a house. Its a long process and takes a while. There was a permit issue that took a while and then of course some paperwork on my end and im just hoping to close soon and get this out of my head and work on the house to make it my home.
This is a already built home too so i didnt built a new one either.
How long did it take you to close on a house? Did you have any problems at all when closing and what did you have to go through?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your situation and i know how tough it must have been to manage so many things at the same time. May be u could have asked for some more time otherwise your things would get messy and it would not augur well for u. It will definitely take some time whenever u are closing your house.

Im on my 5th extension already on this house And iim waiting on the lender to approve the closing date and make sure it will work eirh them but nothing yet. Its a waiting game

Yes i can understand and i hope u can wait for some more time and results would be in your favor. Just do not panic or get worried for this, every thing will be alright.

I've been away from myLot for a while, and I've been trying to catch up on discussions. I just saw a notification on my inbox about a discussion you raised in October last year about closing on the house. I ignored it and deleted that notification because I thought it was 'old' news already.
I was surprised to see this discussion and find that you haven't close yet!
I hope it's coming soon!
