Shouldn't myLot Email ALL the Responders when One Response Is Chosen as BR?

Because sometimes I join a discussion in order to find out the same thing the discussion-starter wants to know.
Plus, sometimes I want to tell the best-responder just how WRONG (or right
) I think their response is.
Wouldn't that just make all the discussions a little bit better if all the responders were notified when the starter directs people to the best-responder (maybe teaching us what WE must do to get a BR!)

How i wish to have a label like that in my discussions or comments that i joined. There it feels god that your hard work are being recognized ! It inspires us to write a lot better and more.

Gosh - I would be thrilled with just getting notified when I get a best response! Do you receive this?

I am not receiving notifiers when I receive Best Response either. It is annoying that they don't arrive as I like to go back to acknowledge it ehrn I receive one.

I think it's a selection you can make on the email-notifications tab of your preferences-page (through the link at the very tippy-top of every page here, when you're signed-in).
If it's not, you can-do like I do and -put your 'Best Responses'-list on your profile-page here.

I have the notifier set to 'on' but they still don't arrive.
I don't like the BR sortie in my profile. It looks too much like I am bragging abour them
I can see them through the drop-down menu in the 'discussion' tab

I have received notifications before when I received the best response, but not lately. I don't know if I haven't received any or mylot isn't sending notifications about it anymore. i don't think it really maters, though, as I can just go to the best responses I have received, and it will let me know how many I really have. I am assuming that eventually we will be told again, as it just might be a glitch. If they don't ever notify me, then that is okay too. Take care, and have a very good day.

i'm curious what you mean by "plus sometimes i want to tell the best-responder just how wrong (or right) i think their response is."
does it mean the discussion-starter is wrong too because he/she gave the br to a "wrong" best-responder?

With so many things in life, the "best" response isn't always the "right" response. The 'best' response is the one that inspires/incites/includes the most "comments."

... or the response that the starter chooses, for any reason or for no reason at all!
