Review sites that pay non-US and non-UK citizens (Those who got paid only!)

I’ve been thinking lately to do reviews on products or services on paying sites through paypal, but as I was searching all over the internet, some legit review sites only caters to a limited audience such as US or UK citizens only. Do you know any legit review sites that caters paying it’s members to review on certain products? I know I can do a blog review but it takes time to monetize it, so I am thinking of just joining a site instead. Please suggest any, and please those who have experienced pay out also is much appreciated!
