I mean, most people did everything just to attain a perfect body..I gain some weight this past few months, and I find it really hard to achieve the kind of body I used to have before :) I used tea, some pills, diet juice, etc. But I stop consuming these stuffs coz Im afraid these will affect the baby...

It depends on. If the pregnant women are not over-weighted, of course it is better for them to lose the weight. Being over-weight is not good for the pregnant women and their babies. And it will create big difficulty when the baby was born. However, if the weight is normal, then of course it is wrong to lose the weight. As it is natural for a woman to gain more weights when she is pregnant. If the weight is suitable, there is nothing to be worried about. Your weight will become normal after your baby was born.

I suggest don't drink tea when you are pregant. It is prohibted for pregnant women. Tea is herbal too and this will affect the baby. Don't take pills too. There are really required weight for pregnant women. You have to consult your doctor about this. I think one should not be overweight or underweight as well.Be careful always and pray everyday for you and your baby. God Bless

I hope everything goes well with the baby. You are supposed to get more weight as the baby grows, and it needs good nutrition, fresh fruits, vegetables and good bacteria that could come from yogurt or fermented vegetables. It is very important that both parents eat food that contain the good bacteria, as the child gets these when it is born from the mother. Mother's milk is also good to help the child to grow immunity so it stays healthy. Just avoid white sugar and white flour - also white rice. These are the ones that can give unnecessary weight. Enjoy the baby and feed it well by taking care of yourself - !!

I think the doctor will tell you if you need to go low on some of the food. But they usually advise pregnant women to diet when they are overweight and near the delivery of the baby so that you will not have difficulty in delivering it. Whatever it is you're going to eat and drink should be advised by your doctor for the health of the baby. Think of losing weight when the baby is out. I'm sure you'll get that desired weight if you're really determined.
