What is one Single Thing that every person on Earth Wants out of Life?

Is it the happiness or money? Well of course if you ask me honestly i will choose BOTH! but is it possible to acquire both at the same time without considering any opportunity cost? I have come across several people with different school of thoughts altogether and some of which i personally know. i believe many people would prefer to choose HAPPINESS over MONEY (may be I'm wrong) but practically they do the exact opposite. Why is that so? Is happiness not the universal quest or money not the Dam material thing?
Let me know what you think and more importantly how you think; come up with you best experiences of life.

Thanks for leaving your words samar, if money is not your goal then why have you joined mylot?...Lolzz,,just kidding. Surely, money is our biggest requirement and we cannot deny the significance of money but if it is at the expense of happiness than we must not consider it, as you just said. i appreciate your comments.

People say that money buys happiness. May be. But for me there is nothing more important than mental peace and tranquility. Good health and a peaceful mind is perhaps the most sought after thing in life. Of course no life is pleasant without adequate money

I'm impressed preethaanju since you chose the right option. Money cannot buy you happiness that's for sure but why is that some people in fact so many people fancy their living under the umbrella of money instead of happiness? Are they not aware of the fact that they will lose something more of worth in the form of happiness when they go for money? Besides, is it possible to achieve both money and happiness at the same time?

I think we all keep hunting the reason of living life. I think we all just want one thing from life we are living and that is the exact reason for coming on this earth and in between this we keep choosing things that we want to get satisfied with. One thing we all should expect from ourselves and our life that life is worth living doesn't matter where in what way, i believe in doing things the way i want, going to places which i love. I want to do every thing that will bring cheer on my face and make me say before i die. That i have lived my life. Cheers!!

when we listen in the song "price tag" is says that we can not buy happiness,but now a days people find their happiness with the use of money,i will not make it generally but most of the people now a days rely on money to make them happy and contented.
