How many times a man should go for tooth brushing for good healthy?

Daily i used to go for two times for taking mouth wash by brushing! Is it good idea for people to take to have twice brushing daily? At morning it is compulsory for everybody, but what about in the evenings?.... Going to bed without having mouth brush can harm our health anyways?... 1. Shall i take only one time brushing when ever i get up at the early morning time? 2. Shall i make a habit of taking second time brushing at the night time also? 3. What are the precautions are you taking to maintain your teeth good? 4. What type of tooth paste can i use to keep my teeth bright? 5. Let me know the best model of a brush and shape of bristles? 6. Is it very important to have a mouth wash by using a liquid medicine like Hexidine? 7. Is it compulsory to consult a dentist to take care of our health well?

i am brushing my teeth three times in a day. if not i just made sure that i brushed them right after i wake up or before bedtime. Dentists say that the minimum time you should spend brushing your teeth is 2 minutes twice a day. Here are some tips on how to brush properly: FYI : Hold your brush at a 45-degree angle against your gumline. Gently brush from where the tooth and gum meet to the chewing surface in short (about half-a-tooth-wide) strokes. Brushing too hard can cause receding gums, tooth sensitivity, and, over time, loose teeth. Brushing is important but it won’t remove the plaque and particles of food between your teeth, under the gumline, or under braces. You’ll need to floss these spaces at least once a day. The type of floss you choose depends on how much space you have between your teeth. Dentists usually recommend unwaxed floss because it’s thinner and easier to slide through small spaces. However, studies have shown that there is no major difference in the effectiveness based on the type of floss used.

We should atleast brush our teeth 3 times a day. (It is assumed that a person eats 3x a day)The best way of cleaning your teeth is to make use of a mouthwash and use floss after brushing. Hexetidine is the usual choice of dentists. I think that you should use a toothpaste that has a high flouride content to prevent your teeth from forming caries. The toothbrush should be wide enough to cover the whole area of the tooth, not too hard or not too soft bristle. Also, in cleaning our teeth, we should be able to clean our tongue as well. We can use our ordinary toothbrush or buy a toothbrush that has a tongue cleaner. It is also best to visit the dentist at least 2x a year.

Well that is a good topic for discussion. I think brushing your teeth twice a day along some gargles and mouthwash is more than enough. Yes it is necessary that you visit your dentist at least once in 4 months if not much regular and that is not actually needed, i like visit my dentist in a year and always get a good remark. Only thing don't pounce much on sweets, tea coffee or thing that get stuck in between teeth, gargle always after eating. Also yes a brush that should not hurt your gums can be used don't scrub your teeth and gum they may be hurt and bleed, change your toothbrush every 2 months and it is better if you use toothpaste which is simple herbal and with herbal ingredients don't go for shine crystals or breath freshners they got harsh chemicals in them.

i think two times a day is much better than only one time. but i think brushing teeth in the evening is more important than in the morning, for if you brush in the evening your teeth will be clean the whole night. and i think if you want to brush teeth in the morning you'd better brush after breakfast, then the whole morning your teeth will be clean. and you know in china people don't pay attention on the teeth health very much, and little people go see the dentist even the whole life. so how long to see the dentist depends on yourself, if you feel you have prooblem on your teeth you need to see th edentist. at last about the brand of tooth paste,tell you a secret, one of my friends---a dentist told me that :iit's not important to use what kind of tooth paste ,it's important to know how to brush your teeth. so go on the internet to find the cerrect way to brush teeth.

I brush my teeth twice a day with toothpaste. But besides it I use brush when ever I eat something. Because it is a good way to prevent them fro decaying. Just as when we use a pot for meal and after using it we wash it for more safety of it. So the teeth are sensitive case than them.

Brushing at least twice a day is supposed to be best.. Morning and night are good, so you don't have decay building up worse over night. It's even better if you can brush after each meal. I brush twice a day, floss, and follow up with a mouthwash containing flouride because I have cavities and those were my dentist's recommendations. Any whitening toothpaste works, preferably one with peroxide, baking soda, and flouride - I like crest. Mouthwash helps kill germs and it is a good addition, but flossing between the teeth is also very important. Visiting a dentist is good to catch and fix problems before they state. Every 6 months is recommended for a cleaning by a dentist and most dental insurance in the US covers these for free or a low copay, but I don't know how it is in other countries.
