Love at first sight

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, even i feel the same that there is nothing called love at first sight. It is just an illusion that has been beautifully shown on TV screens and i believe that true love can never happen from the first sight. one has to go through a lot of tests and experiments before arriving at a conclusion whether the love is true or fake. What say?

I used to have the feeling of love at first sight with one beautiful lady when I was young and I had one of my colleagues for help to introduce me to her. But after having some contact with her, I discovered that I was not into her personality and we stopped this contact very soon. This is the only time when I fell in love with someone at the first sight. Thanks for the discussion. Take care.

hi, yes,i agree with you,maybe people will only fond to the face they see,because it never happen to me that i fall in love in just one sight only,maybe they are only amaze to the personality of someone so that they said they love that person at first sight.

it is always possible, love knows no boundaries, it can happen at first sight, or it can happen a few years after the first sight, some would even find themselves while waking up one early morning that they were already in love with someone whom they never thought they have any intimate feelings with. if somebody thought he is in love at the first sight and would later find out it is not love, then it is not love at first sight and in the first place, it could be something else not love. but if it is the real "LOVE" thing then he could never be wrong, it is just a matter of knowing and being honest with one's self.

I think it's not Love. It's just that we just use "Love at First Sight" to describe the feeling. And it's not the literal meaning of "Love" because love will eventually develop as two people spend time with each other. And for me, it does not happen with first sight.

I think that love at first sight is possible. I know it is not fair to judge a person by the appearance. However, a right look can really be attractive for you. Perhaps your dreamed love just looks like that. Then you will feel like falling into it.

Love at first sight, I do not believe in this because now a days to fall in love or before falling in love with each other most of the girls and boys sees the back groud of the girls/boys, so that later they do not fall in trouble if they are really serious about continuing their relationship.

Love is given by God to us....so we have to believe on it. Actually a real Love is what you felt some happiness to that person you just first met.

Yes, you have your own point of view about this but some people experienced this 'love at first' and i believe when you love someone it is unexplained. There are no words to describe the feeling of being in love.

It's just infatuation and nothing else. In films Love at first sight theme work wonderfully but not at all in real life. Just by appearance you may get attracted to them, want to talk to them, but cannot love them. After some interactions, you may fall in love with them. After seeing their demeanor one can fall in love.

I hear that alot here, I really dont beleive in it. i feel you need to get to know someone before you know you love them. Have a great day there.

Why not believe it? ;) I consider it possible absolutely, though I have no girl friend yet... love at first sight has already be proved by many people! Many couples who get married at last just fall in love with each other at first sight, right? Ask your parents, and maybe they are just examples... You can love somebody at your first sight, and try to know her/him then. Possibly you just find her/him your princess/prince! good luck to myself to get in love soon!

Lust at first sight. ha ha, but in reality physical features are first to notice then personality comes in usually
