Preschoolers and Nabi

We just got our son a Nabi for Christmas. We had never considered getting him something like that so soon, though he has always been fascinated with any sort of technology we brought into our home. We were at a store, and there was a Nabi on display. He started to play with it, and within seconds he had an app pulled up and was playing an ABC game. It has a bumper that came with it as well as a lot of parental controls. And it is very powerful. I suppose that was another selling point to us, and using a more common operating system, in can grow with him. So, now our near three year old has his own tablet. Which has kept him from our computers and phones. I am amazed at how well he navigates it. I think this will be a great tool in the curriculum we have had going, and an alright filler for the moment until we get back on track until everything is settled again.
