Does the baby's gender matter to you?

I think that some parents pride them selves in what the gender of the baby will be. I think that most parents tend to want either a girl or a boy on their first time as a parent, deep down. I myself long for a baby boy for my first time. I don't think that gender matters, I think that all babies be it birl or boy is special, but sometimes we may want a boy or girl just some times, don't know why this happens but sometimes parents having a longing for a certain gender.

Not that much. But if I can choose, I'd have a boy first, and then a girl afterwards. I'm planning two kid. I'd like this order, because then the boy could accompany the girl to concerts and stuff, so there would always be a guy with daughter she can trust to protect her just in case, so she won't get mugged or raped, yet she could still go to parties and concerts, and have a healthy teen life. In my country, it's just so dangerous for a young girl to go anywhere after it's a bit darker, even with girlfriends...
